Each kit provided by Flying Legend includes the fuselage kit, the wing kit, the empennage kit, the flight control kit, the fixed landing gear kit, the aluminium tank kit and the canopy kit. 

Each kit includes also all the hardware parts (bolts, nuts, rivets and so on) required to assembly the aircarft.   A amateur builder requires approximately 1200 hrs to complete the basic kit.

The standard kit does not include the retractable gear. The retractable gear has to be selected in the option list

Entirely made in Aluminium 2024-T3/6061 -T6, the structure is calculated for a MTOW of 1433 lb and a load factor of +6/-3G or 1653 lb with a load factor of 4.4/-2.2G

The basic kit is approved by the FAA and is included in the Revised listing of Amateur build Aircraft kits.

What is included in the basic kit?

Fuselage kit

Entirely pre-assembled up to the central area (central box and fuselage spars completed)
Central area entirely riveted
Eengine mount blocks included

The skins which are not assembled (upper and lower) are provided with guideholes. The builder has to size the holes to the final size, cut and rimmer all the sides.

Hardware

The kit includes also the floor sheets, the upholstery internal side, canopy closure parts, roll-bar, extra luggage compartment parts, pedals support – SS cowling frame.

The fuselage has also inspection windows which allows the builder to easy access the internal parts of the aircarft.

Half Wing kit

Spars and undercarriage compartment are manufactured by FL
Back skin entirely riveted to maintain the twist
Belly skin, rib nose, external flap conveyer provided with guideholes
Wheel compartment and internal flap conveyer have to drilled and assembled
Flaps and ailerons are pre pounched. The builder has to size the holes to the final size, cut and rimmer all the skins and nose.
